Key Faculty

Dr. Suneeta Singh is an international development professional with over 30 years of experience. Her work has spanned project conceptualization, design, roll out and supervision of evaluation, research and implementation projects. As a member of the Quality Assurance team for Health, Nutrition and Population programs at the World Bank in Washington DC, Dr. Singh was responsible for conducting quality enhancement of programs across the world, as well as of conducting training on quality for World Bank colleagues. Trained as a medical doctor, Dr. Singh has postgraduate qualifications in public health and pediatrics. Dr. Singh has also been an Associate Professor at the St. John’s Medical College. She is presently the Chief Executive Officer of Amaltas, Delhi, in the capacity of its Technical Lead. Dr. Singh is well published, with books to her credit and several peer reviewed journal articles.

Dr. Chittaranjan Mishra is a research and evaluation specialist with a career spanning over 15 years in the development sector. His areas of specialization include managing large research studies and impact assessment of programs, quality control, data analysis and report writing. He holds a doctorate from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. At Amaltas, he serves as Manager-Research. He has valuable experience in the use of appropriate participatory and qualitative research techniques on sensitive topics such as sexual and reproductive health and marginalization.
